Ricardo Vila Nova has extensive work experience in the technology industry. From 2006 to 2015, they worked as a Tech Lead at JetSoft, where they led a team of developers and ensured that technical solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices. Ricardo also managed the development of projects from conception to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality requirements.

Since 2016, Ricardo has been working at Conquest One as the CTO and DPO. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and ensuring the development of products and services using the best technologies and market practices. Ricardo works closely with the executive team, defining the company's technology vision and direction. Ricardo also leads the software development team on various important projects. Additionally, Ricardo manages the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to final delivery, ensuring that technological solutions meet quality, performance, and security requirements. Ricardo has been in this role since August 2020. Prior to becoming the CTO, Ricardo worked as a Scrum Master from June 2017 to August 2020 and as a Senior Systems Analyst from January 2016 to June 2017.

Ricardo Vila Nova completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2003 to 2006. Ricardo then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Alongside their formal education, Ricardo obtained several certifications including being an Analista Senior GeneXus X Ev3 from GeneXus Artech in April 2015, an Analista GeneXus X Ev2 from the same institution in November 2013, and they also became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through Scrum Alliance in June 2017.
