James Teitsma

James Teitsma has extensive experience in executive leadership and strategic planning within the technology and public service sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Advice at Conquest Planning Inc. since September 2018, James previously held significant roles in the Government of Manitoba, including Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, and Member of the Legislative Assembly for Radisson from April 2016 to October 2023. Prior to this, James was the Chief Architect at Advicent Solutions, where responsibilities included developing a long-term strategic plan for a financial planning calculation engine, and served as Chief Development Officer at EISI, leading a 100-person IT team. James began the career as a Project Manager and Senior Software Developer, following graduation with a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Manitoba in 1993.
