Justin Koppa

Justin Koppa currently serves as the Back of House Manager at Conrad Hotels & Resorts since August 2024. Prior to this role, Justin worked at The Berkeley as the Assistant Back of House Manager from December 2021 to August 2024 and held the position of Back of House Supervisor at Casna Group from November 2019 to November 2021, overseeing operations at various prestigious establishments including Doubletree By Hilton Docklands Riverside and Hilton London Tower Bridge. In addition, Justin briefly served as Acting Back of House Manager at Coworth Park in 2021 and was a Night Shift Supervisor at Royal Lancaster London from June 2017 to November 2019, contributing valuable experience in the hospitality industry.
