Javier Garcia serves as the Executive Chef and Manager of Operations at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation since December 2018. Prior to this role, Javier held the position of Executive Chef at Dole Food Company from April 2002 to November 2018. Javier's extensive culinary experience also includes serving as Executive Chef at Sherwood Country Club from August 1992 to March 2002 and at Ottavios Italian Restaurant from May 1982 to March 1991.
