Jacob Jones

Jacob Jones is a skilled professional with a background in retirement assistance and aquatic program management. Currently serving as a Retirement Assistant at Conrad Siegel since October 2020, Jacob previously held the position of Aquatics Coordinator at Bethlehem YMCA, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and scheduling aquatic staff, along with making strategic departmental changes. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Northwest Swim Club, focusing on marketing and relationship-building, and functioning as a Lifeguard for the City of Bethlehem, where swim lesson programs were organized and led.
