Hilary Silberman

Hilary Silberman is an experienced professional in both climbing coaching and speech-language pathology. Since August 2017, Hilary has served as a Senior Climbing Coach and Team Manager at The Front Climbing Club, where responsibilities include coaching a competitive climbing team and managing communication among stakeholders. Hilary has also been a self-employed climbing coach since January 2018, providing individualized coaching. In academia, Hilary worked at the University of Utah from January 2008 to June 2023 as an Assistant Professor and Clinical Speech Language Pathologist, supervising graduate students and teaching essential clinical skills. Previous experience includes roles in sales and event management, as well as specialized therapy for children with hearing impairments at various institutions. Hilary holds multiple degrees from Teachers College, Columbia University, and Ithaca College in speech-language pathology and audiology.
