Shirley AIPOH

Shirley Aipoh, M.A., L.L.M., is a seasoned Legal and Training Consultant specializing in Business Law and Intercultural Management. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Esteem Royale Cosmetics, they direct global marketing efforts and budget management. As an Independent Contractor, Aipoh provides legal counsel and intercultural management services, and they have contributed as a Senior Intercultural/Diversity and Inclusion Trainer at Dwellworks Intercultural since 2009. Aipoh also teaches at the University of Toulon, drawing from years of experience facilitating cross-cultural training programs for multinational companies across Africa and Europe.
