Ashley Richardson-George serves as the Head of Strategy at Conscious Minds Studios since January 2024 and co-founded Rubee, a children's book company focused on representation, in September 2023. With extensive experience in strategy and content planning, Ashley previously held the role of Chief Content & Strategy Officer at CIRCUS MAXIMUS from October 2018 to September 2023, overseeing global brand and consumer strategies for various sectors, and managing campaigns for clients such as Gillette and P&G. Earlier career highlights include establishing the social media division at Brigade Marketing, LLC, where Ashley advanced from Social Media Manager to Head of Social Media. Ashley's expertise also includes consulting for MSNBC and NBC Universal. Ashley holds a BA in Visual Anthropology from Skidmore College and a Master's degree in Public Communications from Fordham Graduate School, along with study at NYU Tisch School of the Arts.
