Vincent Lecomte

Vincent Lecomte is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in managing and supporting substantial workforce operations. Currently serving as the Directeur des Ressources humaines at Conseil Régional des Pays de la Loire since September 2016, Vincent oversees a budget of €200 million and manages 4,100 employees across 70 professions and 120 sites. Previously, Vincent held the position of Directeur des Ressources Humaines at Département de la Vendée from January 2006 to September 2016, where responsibilities included managing 2,500 agents and a €90 million budget. Additionally, Vincent has a diverse background in cultural project management and journalism, having served as a Rédacteur en Chef in the regional press. Vincent holds a Master 2 in Management des entreprises from IEMN-IAE, and a Master 2 in Histoire et philosophie des sciences et de la technologie from Université René Descartes, among other qualifications.
