Annie Turgeon

Annie Turgeon is a seasoned human resources specialist with extensive experience in labor relations, recruitment, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Spécialiste des ressources humaines at the Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est ontarien since April 2022, Annie manages grievance processes, harassment complaints, and disciplinary measures, while also coordinating salary equity and mental health committees, and preparing collective agreements. Previously, as a Gestionnaire en ressources humaines at the Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys from August 2019 to May 2022, Annie was involved in developing HR strategies, planning workforce needs, and ensuring the effective management of staffing processes. Annie also held various HR roles at the Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est, focusing on recruitment and staff integration, alongside a coordination position at the House of Commons of Canada. Annie holds a Baccalauréat en administration des affaires with a specialization in human resources from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Ottawa.
