Mónica Chaves Matillas

Mónica Chaves Matillas is a seasoned public service administrator with extensive experience in program management, particularly in areas related to feminism, senior citizens, and sexual and gender diversity, at the Consell Comarcal del Baix Llobregat since October 2007. Previous roles include administrative assistant at the Ajuntament de Corbera de Llobregat and travel-related positions at Tecnitravel and Àtica Viatges a mida. Mónica holds a postgraduate degree in Gender Equality Policies in Public Management from the Universitat de Barcelona, complemented by pedagogical training and a foundational education from the Universitat de Girona. Active involvement in professional development continues with ongoing education at Iberia since 1999.
