Paola Berdichevsky

Paola Berdichevsky serves as the Gerente General of Valor Compartido since 2010, specializing in strategic stakeholder engagement to enhance competitiveness. In addition to this role, Paola is a Senior Consultant at the Consensus Building Institute and has worked as a Facilitator for the Agencia de Sustentabilidad y Cambio Climático. Paola leads initiatives as the Director of Fundacion FJE and Outset- Voluntariado Corporativo, which focus on creating impactful corporate volunteering programs. Previous experience includes participation in the national clean production council and facilitating workshops at CIFES. Paola has held various leadership positions since 1997, including with Fundación AVINA and Dialogo Forestal. Educational qualifications consist of degrees in Civil Industrial Engineering, an MBA, a diploma in Strategic Communication, and training in Ontological Coaching and International Human Rights Law.
