Denis Keogh has vast work experience in customer service and support roles. Denis started their career at Gateway in 2000 in operations. In 2004, they joined ClientLogic as a Technical Support staff, before moving to J2 Global in 2005, where they held various positions ranging from Customer Service Representative to Associate Director and European Customer Service Manager. Since 2021, Denis has been with Consensus Cloud Solutions, starting as an Associate Director of Customer Support and progressing to Director and Senior Director of Customer Service for the EMEA region.

Denis Keogh attended the National College of Ireland, where they studied Information Technology until 2003. Additionally, they obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in 2020, including topics such as time management, customer service, leadership, communication, and decision-making.
