Brendan Roche

Brendan Roche is a finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and equity capital markets. Currently serving as a Strategic Finance Associate at ConsenSys since July 2022, Brendan previously held various roles at JMP Securities LLC from July 2019 to July 2022, including Equity Capital Markets/SPAC Associate and Analyst. Earlier experience includes positions as an Equity Capital Markets Summer Analyst at JMP Securities LLC, Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Maxim Group, and several roles in hospitality and sports officiating. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2019, and completed high school at Pelham Memorial High School with a focus on Liberal Arts and Sciences.
