Johann Bornman

Johann Bornman is an experienced professional in product leadership and investment management, currently serving as Group Product Lead and Product Lead at ConsenSys since February 2021. Johann co-founded Affinity AI and served as Director of Product at ETFmatic LTD, as well as founding Sagely, where Johann worked until January 2021. Johann is a Fellow of the Startup Leadership Program since September 2017 and has held positions such as Investment Associate at Ruffer LLP and Portfolio Manager at HSBC Private Bank. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Financial Analysis/Investment Management from Stellenbosch University, a CFA Charterholder, and various professional certifications from the CFA Institute and Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
