Zhiling Xu

Zhiling (Dirk) Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and investment across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at Consensys since April 2023, Zhiling previously held a similar role at IDG Capital, focusing on growth equity and venture investments from January 2021 to April 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital, where responsibilities included TMT and healthcare investments, and as an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley within the Technology Group. Earlier roles include serving as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Zhiling's leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the 9th Student Union at Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where over 200 members were managed. Zhiling holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and has international academic experience as an exchange student at the University of Cambridge.
