Richard Fauconnier

Richard Fauconnier is the Success Manager for Spain and France at Consentio. Richard has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on customer success. Richard began their career as an Analyst at ECS in 2004, where they were responsible for technical analysis of microcomputer parks and providing recommendations to optimize costs. In 2008, they transitioned to AAA HEALTH / AAA TECH as the Head of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for buying and selling used and refurbished electronic medical devices, as well as managing global logistics. In 2015, they joined Consentio as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that customers are successful in using Consentio's products and services.

Richard Fauconnier has an international degree in Business Administration from Ipag Business School. Richard also has a Bachillerato especialización in Economics from Lycée Charles Péguy. In addition, they have a certification from ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and another certification from HubSpot Academy in Inbound Sales Methodology.
