Erika Korosi serves as the Fellow and Senior Director of Nature Markets at Conservation International since March 2023, focusing on bridging the financing gap for sustainable nature and community initiatives. As a Board Director at the Tasmanian Land Conservancy since 2015, Erika contributes to one of Australia's leading non-profit conservation organizations. Previously, at BHP Foundation from November 2019 to March 2023, Erika provided risk and strategy advice, including the development of a risk governance framework. At BHP from 2003 to 2020, Erika held various senior positions, such as Practice Lead for Water Stewardship and Vice President of Environment, where significant contributions were made to climate change strategies and sustainability standards. Erika holds a Master of Environmental Engineering from UNSW, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from UNSW, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
