Lenah Kedikaetswe

Lenah Kedikaetswe is an experienced Enterprise Development Manager at Conservation International, specializing in the Pro-nature Enterprises Project for Southern Africa since March 2022. Previously, Kedikaetswe served as a Senior Consultant in Entrepreneurship at the Institute of Development Management - Botswana, where skills in developing accredited qualifications and providing training for aspiring entrepreneurs were honed. Additionally, Kedikaetswe held the position of Green Economy Coordinator at the Climate Exploration Hub, managing projects focused on the green economy and creating training resources for green entrepreneurs. With a solid background in startup and SME advisory roles, including participation in the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative Program, and initial experience as a Communications Specialist, Kedikaetswe possesses a diverse skill set. Educational qualifications include a Certified Expert in Climate Adaptation Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, an MSc in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Sussex, and a BA in Mass Communication from Curtin University.
