Director Of Fashion, Nature & Regenerative Landscapes at Conservation International

Nicole Flores currently serves as the Director of Fashion, Nature & Regenerative Landscapes at Conservation International, where responsibilities include leading initiatives to promote regenerative agriculture and water stewardship. Nicole plays an advisory role in the development of Science-Based Targets for Nature and holds memberships on the Steering Committees for Wildlife Insights and Wildlabs. Previously, Nicole was the Managing Director for both Land Use Targets & Prioritization and Wildlife Insights, where efforts focused on creating biodiversity strategies and establishing partnerships for wildlife monitoring technology. Experience also includes working at the National Wildlife Federation as the Tropical Forests and Agriculture Coordinator and conducting impact assessments at CIFOR. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan, a Master of Sciences in Agricultural and Applied Economics from Virginia Tech, and specialized sustainable development studies in Costa Rica.
