Janice Correa

Janice Correa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at ConServe since April 2014, Janice has also held positions as a Leave Management Specialist and Employee Relations Specialist. Prior experience includes committee membership with the City of Rochester Hispanic Heritage Month Committee and human resources roles at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering and Lewis Tree Service Inc. Additionally, Janice contributed to the Democrat and Chronicle as part of ConXion and worked at First American Title as a Title Policy Coordinator. Janice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Medaille University and an Associate of Science from Monroe Community College.
