Jean Sheehan Phr

Jean Sheehan PHR, SHRM-CP has over 12 years of experience in talent acquisition and management. Jean began their career at Burns Personnel, Inc. where they served as the Manager of the Technical Services Division and later as the Manager of the IT, Technical, and Professional Division. In these roles, they oversaw staff, developed relationships with customers, and placed candidates in various companies.

In 2009, they joined ConServe as the Manager of Talent Acquisition before being promoted to the Director of Talent Acquisition in 2014. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition team's performance, managing hiring and performance management, and developing the team. Jean also played a key role in developing and implementing innovative solutions for talent acquisition and collaborated on the development of affirmative action plans.

Jean Sheehan PHR, SHRM-CP earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Management and Human Resource from St. John Fisher University, where they studied from 1985 to 1987.
