Lara Kennedy

Lara Kennedy is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and employee relations. Since June 2017, Lara has served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Team Member Benefits at UT Medical Center, previously holding the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations. Additionally, Lara has been a Human Resources Manager at ALSTOM Power Energy Recovery since September 2008 and served in a similar capacity at PSM- Ansaldo Energia from February 2016 to June 2017. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Recruiter at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and as an HR Business Partner/Recruiter at Siemens Molecular Imaging. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
