Colton Milne

Colton Milne's work experience begins in 2008 at Intermountain Hydraulics, where they worked as a Hydraulic Technician, diagnosing and repairing hydraulic equipment and operating various heavy machinery. In 2012, they transitioned to Conservice, starting as a Software Engineer and later taking on roles such as Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineering Manager, and currently, Director of Engineering. In their roles at Conservice, they have led teams in developing innovative web and microservice solutions, improving business processes, and mentoring and developing software engineers. Colton'sresponsibilities have included collaborating with various teams, conceptualizing and engineering scalable solutions, and maintaining and enhancing existing systems.

Colton Milne obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Utah State University - Jon M. Huntsman School of Business from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Sky View High School. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired certifications including Certified Secure Developer from HackEDU (obtained in 2023) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance (obtained in 2020).
