Tamil Kadir Rajavel

Tamil Kadir Rajavel has a diverse range of work experiences in the field of software engineering and electrical engineering. Tamil Kadir currently holds the position of Software Engineering Team Lead at Williams AV since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Rockwell Automation for several years, where they held various roles including Product Manager, Motion Software from July 2021 to April 2023, Lead Engineer, Embedded Software from March 2020 to July 2021, Senior Embedded Software Engineer from May 2017 to March 2020, and Embedded Software Engineer from June 2014 to May 2017. Tamil Kadir also worked as an Electrical Engineer at Joby Aviation from July 2012 to May 2014. Tamil began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from August 2010 to June 2012. Prior to that, they gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Rockwell Automation in 2011. Tamil Kadir also held intern positions at Devi Circuits in 2010 and Nova Nusantara Sdn Bhd in 2008.

Tamil Kadir Rajavel earned their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College Of Engineering between 2006 and 2010. Tamil Kadir continued their studies at Anna University and received a B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) degree in Electrical and Electronics in the same time period. Later, from 2010 to 2012, Tamil pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.

In terms of additional certifications, Tamil obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2017. Tamil Kadir also completed the course "Product Management: Building a Product Strategy" from LinkedIn in May 2022. Furthermore, Tamil gained two levels of PMC (Pragmatic Marketing Certification) from Pragmatic Institute in November 2022, specifically PMC Level I and PMC Level II. Lastly, they acquired the Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023.
