Grace Gonzalez

Grace Gonzalez, MHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Employee Relations Specialist at Conservice, with a strong background in talent acquisition and onboarding for diverse roles. Grace has developed standard operating procedures and process maps to enhance recruiting efforts and has managed high-volume recruiting, handling up to 80 headcount. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Social Media and Recruitment at Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, where Grace managed social media communications, and as Social Media Coordinator, overseeing promotional content and event marketing. Grace holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Human Resources Management from Utah State University and is pursuing a Master of Human Resource degree at Western Governors University.
