Todd Heaps

Todd Heaps has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Todd began their career in 2008 as a Production Associate at Utah Public Radio. In 2009, they worked briefly in News Production at KSL Broadcast Company. Since 2008, they have been with Conservice, where they have held various positions including Client Success Manager, Team Lead in Client Success, Senior Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, and currently, Senior Director of Product Management. Conservice is an industry-leading Utility Billing and Management product and has been recognized by Inc 5000 for 15 consecutive years as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country.

Todd Heaps obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, Broadcast Media, and Public Relations from Utah State University between 2005 and 2009. In addition, they have acquired various certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Platinum Edge in 2022, and PMC Level I, II, III, and IV from Pragmatic Institute in 2021.
