Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success at Propio Language Services, following its acquisition of United Language Group, Karen previously held the position of Vice President of Sales for Interpretation Solutions at United Language Group, where a focus on consultative selling and client satisfaction was emphasized. With a rich background that includes leadership roles at Acrolinx, XTM International, and SDL plc, Karen has consistently driven sales initiatives, enhanced partnerships, and implemented effective communication strategies to achieve organizational goals.
