Dan Pennington

Dan Pennington has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Dan started their career as a Field Engineer at Kleinfelder in 1988 and stayed there until 1991. Dan then moved on to Hilton Grand Vacations where they worked as a Project Manager for a year. In 1993, they joined Mortenson as a Senior Project Manager II and stayed with the company for two decades. In 2013, they founded their own company, Pennington & Associates, where they worked as a Project Executive/Principal until 2018. After that, they joined Life Time Inc. as a Project Executive and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Sr Project Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc.
