Dr. Cherie Comeau

Dr. Cherie Comeau has a diverse background in talent development, leadership and organizational development, education, and coaching. Their most recent position was with Consigli Construction Co., Inc. as the Director of Talent Development. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Manager of Leadership & Organizational Development at the same company from 2018 to 2022. Dr. Cherie also held the role of Executive Education Director at Worcester State University's Center for Business and Industry from 2015 to 2018, where they developed and delivered customized training programs. Dr. Comeau has previous experience at Quinsigamond Community College as an adjunct faculty member in business and psychology, as well as roles in workforce development and athletics. Dr. Cherie also worked at Middlesex Community College as a Program Manager in Executive Education from 2012 to 2015.

Dr. Cherie Comeau holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University. Dr. Cherie also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychological & Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dr. Comeau has obtained several certifications. Dr. Cherie is a certified Predictive Index Practitioner from The Predictive Index, a certified facilitator for Everything DiSC from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, and a certified facilitator for the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team from The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Dr. Cherie is also a Logical Operations Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT®) from CertNexus, certified in June 2020.
