Joe Kadlec

VP & Senior Partner at Consiliant Technologies

Joe Kadlec joined Consiliant in 2003 to execute the strategic vision and provide the framework for managed growth. He leads new business development, partner relations and corporate marketing.

Prior to Consiliant, Joe was Vice President of Sales for U.S. Technical Services, a professional services consulting company specializing in systems engineering support for enterprise-class data centers. Joe has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience in the computer storage industry. His prior experience also includes: Director of Western Regional Sales for Fiberlink Communications, a virtual private networking company. He was instrumental in territory development, revenue growth and recruiting throughout a 14-state area. Joe started his technology sales career at MTI earning numerous awards for outstanding achievement while advancing through the sales management organization.

Joe received his B.B.A. in Business with a Marketing emphasis from Loyola Marymount University and subsequently spent 4 years as a member of the LMU’s Alumni Association Board of Directors.
