Blake Howell

Blake Howell is a seasoned professional in talent solutions with extensive experience in the legal and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of Talent Solutions at both LOD (since January 2024) and Consilio LLC (since April 2021), Blake has previously held the position of Director of Flexible Talent and ELS Recruiting at Consilio and at Legility, where responsibilities included overseeing flexible legal talent engagement services for a diverse clientele. With a foundational role as a Research Assistant at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Blake has a robust academic background with a Doctor of Law degree from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Transylvania University.
