Chris Jones

Chris Jones is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in talent solutions and organizational development across various industries. Most recently, as HR Director of Talent Solutions for EMEA at Nike from December 2019 to August 2023, Chris led a cross-pillar talent function focused on HR transformation and technological evolution within the organization. Prior roles include Director of HR Business Partner for Nike Digital Direct EMEA, where Chris provided strategic people direction for a $4 billion revenue segment, and Group Director of Talent, Leadership & Learning at Merlin Entertainments. Chris also held senior HR positions at adidas, Pearson, and Landmark Group, emphasizing talent management, learning, and leadership development. Chris holds an MBA from Durham University Business School and is currently pursuing a degree in Inclusive & Authentic Leadership at Northwestern University.
