Claire McMullin

Claire McMullin currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Talent at Consilio LLC since May 2024. Prior to this role, Claire McMullin held various positions at SYKE from January 2022 to May 2024, including Vice President and Senior Director of People & Talent. Experience also includes serving as Executive Director of People & Operations at Siyakha Consulting from March 2019 to June 2021, Senior Project & Change Manager at Specialised Project Practice (SPPRAC) from November 2017 to February 2019, and Senior Manager of People & Organisation at PwC South Africa from August 2011 to October 2017. Claire McMullin obtained a BCom Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa in 2012 and completed a degree in Project Management: Principles and Practices at Stellenbosch University in 2018.
