Leon Spencer

Leon Spencer is an experienced professional in the staffing and recruiting industry, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Fulfillment at Consilio LLC since August 2019. Prior to this role, Leon held various positions including Senior Recruiter at Epiq from January 2017 to August 2019, and Senior Director of Recruiting and Client Services at Clearwater Legal from December 2014 to July 2016. Leon's extensive background includes senior leadership roles at Compliance, a System One division, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Staffing and Recruiting, VP of Staffing and Recruiting, and Director of the DC Office from 2006 to 2013.
