Maureen O'Neill

Maureen O'Neill is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in client service as an attorney and consultant. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Client Experience and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Consilio LLC since January 2019, Maureen is dedicated to enhancing client engagement and implementing best practices through the Client Experience Leadership Council. Prior to this role, Maureen held positions at DiscoverReady from September 2010 to January 2019 and at Paul Hastings LLP from May 1996 to September 2010, where responsibilities included leading managed document review operations and representing multinational companies in employment law. Maureen earned a JD with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law and holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Miami.
