Noella Prom

Noella Prom has over two decades of experience in operations and client services, currently serving as the Head of Operations for the Self-Service Business Unit at Consilio LLC since May 2010. Prior roles include Director of Client Services for North America at Consilio LLC, and Sr. Client Services Manager at Advanced Discovery from 2012 to 2015. Earlier experience includes Director of Information Technology and Director of Technical Services at American Data Services, IT Manager at Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern LLP, and various tech support roles at Open Solutions and Day Berry Howard. Noella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
