Ratika Dhiman

Ratika Dhiman currently serves as a Senior Discovery Manager at Consilio LLC since September 2023. Previously, Ratika held multiple roles at JPMorgan Chase from June 2011 to May 2023, including Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, where advisory responsibilities encompassed transactional law and legal strategies in a regulated environment. Ratika also managed legal discovery activities, coordinated case operations, and led a response team to ensure the accuracy of legal documentation. Additionally, Ratika improved outside counsel quality through due diligence and recommended strategic approaches that resolved conflicts efficiently in foreclosure cases. Ratika's legal background includes experience at Penland & Hartwell, LLC, representing numerous homeowner associations. Ratika holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from Xavier University.
