Inna Derix

Inna Derix has a diverse work experience with various roles in human resources and talent management. Inna currently is the Head of People & Organisation at CONSILIO GmbH since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at enowaAG as an HR Business Partner from April 2019 to August 2020, and as an HR-Manager from February 2018 to March 2019. Inna also worked as a Personalentwicklerin at Apleona Group from February 2016 to February 2018, and as a Recruiter at Hays from October 2015 to February 2016. Inna started their career as Praktikant im Personalwesen at Münchner Bank eG from March 2015 to August 2015, and later worked as a Praktikant im Personalwesen at Novartis from September 2014 to February 2015.
