Toril Træen is the current Vice President of Human Resources at DOF Subsea. Toril has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, and has held positions at various companies including AGR Field Operations, DOF Subsea Norway AS, Solberg & Andersen AS, FMC Kongsberg Subsea, Frontier Drilling ASA, SSP Limited, and TEMP-TEAM Rekruttering og Bemanning.

They are on a team with Marianne Møgster - Senior Vice President of Finance, Stig Clementsen - Chief Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President, HSEQ, and Jan Kristian Haukeland - EVP Atlantic. Their manager is Mons S. Aase, Chief Executive Officer.
