Gustafsson Niklas has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Gustafsson started their career as an Elmontor at Elkonstruktioner AB in 1990 and then worked at Elfördel AB, Elsystem AB, and Elpro AB in similar roles. In 2000, they briefly worked as an Elmontor at Elpro AB.
From 2001 to 2003, Gustafsson completed a COOP-Praktik at Meco Pak AB, where they gained experience in various tasks such as construction, programming, and energy consumption measurement.
In 2004, they joined Markem-Imaje AB as a Process Engineer, Change Management and CR-Coordinator. Gustafsson played a crucial role in developing processes and procedures for Change Management, which became the standard for the company.
In 2010, Gustafsson joined PowerCell Sweden AB as a Laboratory Engineer in charge of electrical systems. Gustafsson was responsible for designing, manufacturing, and modifying control cabinets and systems for testing components. Gustafsson also collaborated with software engineers and wrote control programs for data collection.
From 2011 to 2014, Gustafsson worked as a Mechanical Designer at Load Indicator AB. Their responsibilities included structural analysis, product development, and new design for load cells and force transducers used in various applications.
In 2014, they worked as a Design Engineer at Adecco Sweden AB for ABB in Alingsås. Gustafsson worked on the design and development of cable cabinets and fuse isolators using SolidWorks.
Since 2015, Gustafsson has been working as a Production Engineer at Consilium Marine & Safety AB. Their primary focus is on subcontractors, and they are responsible for the testing equipment used for PCBA testing, programming, and functional testing.
Throughout their career, Gustafsson has gained extensive experience in engineering, design, testing, and project management in various industries.
Gustafsson Niklas has a diverse education history, spanning from 1987 to 2018. Their educational journey began in 1987 at Alströmer gymnasiet, where they studied Styr o Regler. After that, in 1988, they enrolled in Lindholmens Gymnasium to pursue a degree in Automatiseringsteknik. In 1990, Niklas attended Elkonstruktioner AB and completed a program on Programerbara styrsystem.
Following their early education, Niklas pursued a Naturvetenskaplig orientering at Komvux Alingsås from 1998 to 2000. Later, they attended Chalmers University of Technology from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Mekatronik ingenjör.
Niklas took various courses throughout their career. In 2007, they participated in a Managing Projects/Grundläggande projektledning course at ESI. In 2008, they attended KIVP, Lean Visual Planning at JMAC Scandinavia AB, Engelska presentationsteknik at Larsson De Tavernier Consulting, and Continuous Improvement Event at Markem-Imaje, USA, Keene. In 2009, they completed Master data training in SAP at Markem-Imaje, France and Praktisk projektledning at Wenell Management AB.
In 2013, Niklas enrolled in Praktisk kraft och momentmätning at SP Sveriges Tekniska Forskningsinstitut. From 2015 to 2015, they attended Service Training for Fire and Gas products at Consilium Marine & Safety AB and 7 Habits at Franklin Covey.
In 2016, Niklas completed a Projektledarutbildning at Franklin Coveys. The following year, they participated in ESD-Gundutbildning för revisorer at Armeka and IPC 620 Löd utbildning at Swentech Utbildning AB.
Lastly, in 2018, Niklas attended the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager course and Lean-Agile at SAFe.
