Michael Hewitson

Michael Hewitson has extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Senior Production Technician at Gordon Murray Automotive since March 2023. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Field Service Engineer at Frontier Pitts Ltd from August 2022 to March 2023, and as a Beer Dispense Technician at Innserve Ltd from March 2016 to August 2022. Michael's career began as a Vehicle Conversion Specialist at QUALITI Vehicle Conversions & Repairs Limited from January 2012 to September 2015, where responsibilities included designing and fabricating bespoke vehicle interiors. Additionally, Michael worked as a Mechanic and Restoration Fabricator at Beetlelink Garage Services from February 2008 to January 2012, focusing on the restoration and servicing of classic air-cooled VW and Porsche vehicles. Michael holds an NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Engineering from Farnborough College of Technology, completed in July 2005.
