Nils Hollmann

Nils Hollmann currently serves as Vice President Global Aftermarket at Consilium Safety Group, overseeing a global aftermarket business with full P&L responsibility for over €100 million in parts and service sales across 21 markets. Prior experience includes roles as Sales Manager for the Vehicle Aftermarket at SKF Group, managing strategic sales across 10 countries, and as a board member at Sentient, contributing to key stakeholder relationships. Nils held prominent positions at Alltrucks, leading European sales and marketing efforts and successfully establishing a franchise network. Earlier career stages included roles at Bosch, where Nils managed OEM accounts and led the establishment of an aftermarket organization in Greater China. Nils Hollmann holds an MBA in International Management from Hochschule Pforzheim.
