Brent Burrows has extensive experience in the healthcare staffing industry. Brent started their career at Staff Care in 2004 as an Account Representative and quickly achieved promotion to Senior for Internal Medicine Sub-Specialties. During this time, they exceeded the divisional standard with a personal filled percentage of 60% and significantly increased regional business. In 2005, Burrows took on the role of Director of Accounts, where they successfully trained account reps and increased regional filled percentage by 15%. In 2007, they became the Regional Vice President, leading to increased revenue and profitability for the company. Since 2011, Burrows has been working at Consilium Staffing as a Divisional Vice President/Partner, responsible for the growth and strategic development of their Primary Care and Specialty Division. Brent has mentored and equipped leaders within the company and is an active member of the Consilium Senior Leadership Team.
Brent Burrows pursued their education in a determined and focused manner. In 1998, they enrolled at Texas Tech University to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, which they successfully completed in 2000. Following this accomplishment, Brent decided to further enhance their academic qualifications by joining the Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business in 2000. Brent embarked on a Masters of Business Administration program with a specialization in Health Organization Management, successfully completing their studies in 2001. These educational experiences provided Brent with a strong foundation and knowledge in business administration and management, particularly in the context of health organizations.
