Paola Sollima

Paola Sollima has extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Human Resources and Organisation Director at Consip S.p.A. since January 2009. Prior to this role, Paola held the position of TIS Italy Human Resources Director at ALSTOM from April 2005 to December 2008, and worked as an HR Manager at Accenture from July 1997 to March 2005. Paola began a career in HR as a consultant at Effor and Programma Aziendale S.r.l. from 1990 to 1997. Paola holds a degree in Political Science with honors from the University of Florence, completed in 1989, and has pursued further education with a Master's degree.
