Oran Stopper

Oran Stopper is an experienced professional in product management and digital transformation, currently serving as the Head of Product & Digital Transformation Team at Consist since August 2017, focusing on government initiatives. Prior to this role, Oran held positions such as Digital Transformation Products Manager at the Ministry of Transport and Project Manager, where responsibilities included requirements gathering, project planning, and execution of technical solutions. Oran’s previous experience includes working as a Software Implementation Specialist at Elad Software Systems, specializing in Oracle OBIEE, and roles at HumanEyes, Cellcom, and IBM. Oran is also pursuing education at The Open University of Israel since 2010.
