Christoph Ehlers

Christoph Ehlers has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Christoph began their career in 2005 as a Research Assistant at Universität Passau and went on to work as a Working Student at Capgemini in 2007. In 2009, they joined Universität Passau again, this time as a Research Fellow and Lecturer. In 2015, they transitioned to the industry and became a Senior Software Engineer at ConSol Software GmbH. Christoph was later promoted to Team Lead and then worked as the Head of Software Engineering and Principal Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of VP (DE: Bereichsleiter), Head of DevOps (Custom IT Solutions), Prokurist at ConSol Software GmbH.

Christoph Ehlers completed their education at Universität Passau. Christoph obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration in 2008, followed by a Diplom in Informatik with a minor in Business Administration in 2009. Christoph then pursued a PhD in Science (Dr. rer. nat.) in Computer Science from 2009 to 2015. Additionally, in 2006-2007, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Glasgow School of Computing Science, focusing on Informatik. Throughout their career, Christoph has also acquired various certifications, including Scrum.org Professional Agile Leadership I in 2022, Scrum.org Scaled Professional Scrum in 2019, and iSAQB Certified Professional for Software Architecture – Advanced Level (CPSA-A) in 2019, among others.
