Keith Rosmarin has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Keith is currently working at ConSol USA Inc. as the Chief Talent & Innovation Officer, where they are responsible for talent and innovation strategies. Keith previously served as a leader at Harambee, a non-profit organization that helps unlock economic opportunities for youth in South Africa and Rwanda. During their time at Harambee, Keith gained significant global recognition for their innovative and impactful work.

Earlier in their career, Keith worked at Deloitte Consulting as the Human Capital Public Sector Leader. Keith was also involved in a joint venture with Global Edge Consulting, where they held executive positions and worked on successful consulting projects across various sectors. Additionally, Keith has experience as the Managing Director of Diversity Dynamics, a specialist company that focused on implementing diversity strategies and interventions in Southern Africa.

Throughout their career, Keith has demonstrated a strong commitment to promoting diversity, innovation, and talent development. Keith has contributed to various publications and presented at international conferences, showcasing their expertise in these areas.

Keith Rosmarin completed their Matric at Hilton College from 1972 to 1978. Keith then pursued an MA in Industrial Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand, where they obtained their degree. Keith is also a Registered Industrial Psychologist. Additionally, they completed a Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of the Witwatersrand.
