Prior to that, Kendall held the role of Chief Operating Officer at ConSol USA Inc. where they played a key role in the development and implementation of the company's unique ecosystem-based solution for recruiting from underserved communities.

Before joining ConSol USA Inc., Kendall served as the CEO of Global Leadership Forum (GLF), where they were focused on engaging, empowering, and transforming lives in underserved communities.

In earlier stages of their career, Kendall held positions at Deloitte as Global Managing Director and Director, at American Airlines as PMO Leader, at EDS/HP as Client Delivery Executive, and at TRW as Director.
