Panuly Vangay

Panuly Vangay currently serves as a Utility Program Manager at ConSol since January 2023. Previously, Panuly held various roles at Mercy Housing from October 2007 to May 2022, including National Director of Business Revenue Support, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing sales data and overseeing compliance with federal requirements. As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Panuly managed teams to ensure adherence to federal mandates and developed policy manuals. In earlier roles, as Resident Services Manager and Regional Compliance Specialist, Panuly focused on enhancing program integration and managing regulatory compliance for multiple properties. Panuly Vangay holds a degree from the University of Colorado Denver.
